Cool Dude Layout - Stamped Treasures

I’m sharing this cool dude layout with you for this weeks scrap your stash layout. This is the 6th layout in my summer scrap your stash layout and the first 2-page layout.

Most of the layouts so far have used patterned paper as the base but because this one is a 2-page layout, I stuck with white card stock.

The Details…

The patterned papers started as 2 pieces of 12×12 and then a scrap of another. I wanted to make sure I got 2 strips of each pattern for my background so I strategically cut them to 3-1/2″ x 7-1/2″ so that I could get 2 out of the scrap piece. Those strips are popped up on dimensionals. I love the addition of the doodled lines around those pieces and the background card stock.

All the little tuck ins behind the photos are either cut from 3″ x 4″ cards (leftover from the Celebrate Today Magnet Board kit); leftover die cut pieces or stickers. Just a bunch of random pieces in colours that work with the layout and a great way to use those bits and pieces up.

The cork numbers have been in my stash for YEARS! I decided that I would just use them on this layout and be done with them. The little cameras are stickers from the Capture Life Sticker sheets which has also been in my stash for far too long! It feels so good to put them to use and have them out of my stash.
