In today’s post I’m sharing a Sale-a-Bration crop recap. This past weekend I held my annual crop to kick off Sale-a-Bration. Croppers spent 2-days crafting on their own projects and had the option to sign up for a card and/or scrapbook class featuring some of the new Sale-a-Bration (SAB) products. These optional classes were also open to non croppers.
It was a busy but fun weekend! I’m hoping to have another at the beginning of June to kick off the annual catalogue. Stay tuned for details.
Cropper Gifts
Everyone who attended the crop received a $45 goodie bag. I found these fun burlap bags to put their product in. They are amazingly sturdy bags, and a nice size, for what I paid for them. These would make great gift bags as well!
The supplies in their goodie bag were used to make an exclusive project for attendees only. I shared a peek at it in this video, if you are curious.
Then throughout the weekend, I gave them a couple little gifts. The first day, they received these little bags filled with candy to snack on throughout the weekend.
And then on day two I gave them some socks. We were in the midst of a cold snap so nice, warm, cozy socks seemed like a great gift. The tag for these uses several new products including the Handmade Designs stamp set that you can choose when you join the Stampin’ Up! family and select option 1, during SAB.
What are your thoughts on the wonky circles. I personally love the whimsical look of them but a few people commented that they weren’t sure about them lol.
I’ve included a full supply list for both of the gifts at the bottom of this post.
A Chilly Walk
A few of us managed to even squeeze in a walk on Sunday. It wasn’t a long one because it was COLD!
This event is quickly becoming one of my favourites. There’s nothing quite like getting together with friends to spend time doing what we all love to do.
Until next time,
