With 14 different sized banners, the party banners dies is such a versatile die set. Think of all the banners, home decor, scrapbook layouts, cards and 3D projects you could make with these dies!
Let’s take a look at today’s project
I love to show just how versatile a stamp or die set can be. When I saw just how large the largest banner was in the party banners die set, I knew I wanted to figure out how to make a box from it. If you’d like to make one here’s a list of the supplies you’ll need:
- Poppy Parade: 7″ x 11″ (for box portion); 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ (x3) for die cutting banners
- Petal Pink: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ for die cutting banner and scrap for flowers
- Shaded Spruce: scrap for die cutting flower stem and leaves
- Basic White: 2″ x 5-1/2″ for stamping
- White Ribbon: about 26″
Once you’ve got all the die cutting done, it’s pretty easy to make. Check out the video below to see how it’s done.
Here’s a template for the box between the banners.
I think this will be a box I turn to over and over. With a bit of tweaking, it could made in all 14 different sizes!
You can easily fit 4 cards and envelopes in the box. These are the 4 cards I put in this box. I used this 6×6 one sheet wonder to create them.
I hope you enjoyed today’s A2 card box idea!
