I’m having so much fun coloring with our new watercolor pencils! Before we had them I would pretty much avoid purchasing any stamp sets that needed to be colored in, now I’m drawn to anything that can be colored! I just can’t seem to get enough!
A couple weeks ago, I participated in a couple of swaps and this was the card I created for one of them. I loved coloring in all the flowers – I did not, on the other hand, enjoy cutting them out! You’d think after participating in swaps for so many years I would learn. They were for a great group of women who I know will appreciate them so it makes me feel a bit better:)
On to the details of this card… I started by creating my own patterned paper – it’s hard to notice but it’s under the vellum. I stamped the flower image from So in Love using daffodil delight ink. I found it a bit on the bright side so I added the vellum overlay to soften them and it worked perfectly! I filmed a video sharing all the details and will include a supply list below.
Have a creative day!
