I’ve got a Memories & More fun fold card idea to share with you today. Both samples I’ll be sharing feature the What a Year Memories & More card kit. I love the bright, cheerful colours in this kit. It’s been so fun to play with AND it’s on sale for just $6.75 while supplies last (or until May 2nd).
This fun fold was inspired by one that I saw Patty Bennett create. It’s easy, uses a fair number of cards and could be adapted to any Memories & More card kit or even dsp.
Measurements:
- Polished Pink: 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ and 4-1/4″ x 9-3/4″ scored at 3-1/4″ and 6-1/2″
- Basic White: 3″ x 4″ + anything scraps needed to decorate the card
- Memories & More Cards: one 4″ x 6″ cut down to 4″ x 5-1/4″ and at least four 3″ x 4″ cards; you could use more depending on how you decide to decorate your card.
- Twine: about 16″
- Charm
- Sequins: x3
I turned my card into a gift card holder by cutting down a 4″ x 6″ card to 3″ x 4″ and then to 1-3/4″ x 3″. I used a 1-1/2″ circle punch to create a notch in the top and then adhered it to another 3″ x 4″ card.
You can find the video on how I created this card below.
And here’s another version using different cards from the same What a Year Memories & More card kit.
I loved all the cards with the scissors. I thought it would be perfect for a crafty friend.
All the measurements are the same, the only difference is the cards that I chose and the colours of card stock I added. The scissors were fussy cut from one of the 3″ x 4″ cards.
The two stamped images are from an upcoming stamp set called Limited Edition. It will be available beginning May 3rd, 2022.
Until next time,
