Good morning! Well it appears as though once a week is the best I have been able to do as far as posting lately! I just can’t seem to get ahead. I have been madly trying to get my studio set up for my Retired Rubber Garage Sale/Open House on the 1st. I didn’t realize I had so much stuff! It’s been interesting trying to find a home for everything. Just when I think I have it all organized I come across another box, which means that I need to do more adjusting. It will take a few months of working in here in order to get it just right but so far, things have been good. I’ve even had a couple events down here!
Anyway, today I have another hybrid card to share with you. This was Lorna Raczynski’s mds swap. I love the rhinestones and ribbon – a nice to touch to the card!
I thought I’d also share a couple more convention photos since I had promised to do so last week and then didn’t get a chance to get back on here.
Every year Stampin’ Up! releases a new theme song at Convention and this years’ song was sung by Ryan Innes from the Voice – pretty cool!
We also had a visit from Ronald McDonald, who made most of us cry with the story he told. Did you know that Stampin’ Up! creates a new set each year and $3 from every set sold goes to the Ronald McDonald House Charities? This years’ set is awesome – I love it! Check it out on page 45 – It’s called Tag It and coordinates with the Chalk Talk framelits.
Here’s a cute project demonstrated for us using the Tag It stamp set and the Tag a Bag Bundle (p. 159). So cute!
Thanks for stopping by! Hope to see you later this week at my Retired Rubber Garage Sale. Details will be posted tomorrow.
