I hope you are all having a great Monday! As promised I have a project to share with you today. On Saturday I had my team Diva Day for everyone who earned an invitation and this is one of the projects we did. I was inspired by a project similar to this in one of our demonstrator magazines and thought it would be something fun to make that they probably wouldn’t have tried.
These make gorgeous accents on your walls. I think I’m going to make a couple more in different sizes for the front of my cupboards. They would make adorable accents in a baby’s room too!
I cut the kite shape out of the backing that comes with our dsp. It measures about 8″ wide and 12″ high.
Here is a list of the supplies used:
- Big Shot die cut machine
- Elegant Bouquet embossing folder
- 3″ circle die
- Beautiful Butterflies die
- Floral District dsp
- Vellum cardstock
- Tangerine Tango, Rich Razzleberry, Daffodil Delight and Whisper White cardstock
- Tangerine Tango and Rich Razzleberry inks
- White Bakers Twine
- Betsy’s Blossoms stamp set
- 2-way glue pen
- Dazzling Diamonds glitter
- Simply Scored tool (to create the rosette)
I hope you enjoyed todays project! Don’t forget to check out the product shares if you missed them earlier.
