On Monday night I had a Zentangling class – well is was more of a pen technique class. We created a couple cards and learned a few different ways to use our Project Life pens and Stampin’ Write markers. For those of you who may not know zentangling is a fun, relaxing, easy to learn way to create beautiful projects by drawing structured patterns. In other words it’s doodling.
The Blended Bloom stamp is the perfect stamp for this technique because it is a line art stamp with nice sized petals. No need to think where a pattern should end and another begin – each petal has its own pattern. It looks intimidating but it really is a lot of fun. I encourage you to give it a try. If you don’t have this particular stamp any larger line art image will work or you can free hand draw an image or use one of our die cut shapes (stars, circles, flowers etc.).
Hope you have a creative day!
