I apologize for the lack of posting, as school winds down, things are a little more laid back at home and I’m not spending as much time downstairs working. My plans are to scale back over the summer to probably 3 or 4 posts per week instead of the usual 6 posts. But don’t worry, I’ll still have lots of inspiration for you. I’ve got lots of things planned;)
Today’s card was CASEd from a card Teneale Williams made. I loved it – well I love everything she makes really. She has an amazing eye and talent for papercrafting. I knew that you could watercolor on our shimmer white cardstock but I had never tried it so when I saw this card, I knew it was time. It works beautifully!
It’s hard to see the shimmer in the photo. The image is stamped in VersaMark and then embossed with clear powder and then I just colored it in using an Aqua Painter and Blackberry Bliss and Old Olive ink. Love it!
