Good morning! On my quest to prepare for my upcoming retired rubber stamp sale (BOGO event) on June 7th, I’ve been purging some dsp. Before I toss the little scraps, I like to try to create one more time with them. Today I thought I’d share a couple cards done with some Gingham Garden dsp (129310) scraps. This dsp is on sale right now for 30% off!
I LOVE this Zoo Babies stamp set and was very happy to see that it didn’t make the retiring list. It’s such a cute set for baby or toddler cards and layouts.
Both card were inspired by cards that I found on Pinterest. I can’t remember who inspired the baby card but the second one was inspired by Dawn Olchefsky.
I left this one without a greeting on purpose – that way when I need a quick card, I can just quickly stamp the appropriate greeting and all’s good. It’s great to have these types of cards on hand. The butterfly was cut using the Backyard Basics butterfly framelit – which is also on the retiring list! Then a little scrap of dsp was tucked in behind – so simple. You can also see that I used some of the same dsp on the envelope flap – another great use for those scraps!
Thanks for stopping by today. Have a creative day!
Sherry
