Well today is the first official day of summer holidays! Enjoyed sleeping in a little bit and not having to make lunches!
I have the last layout from my scrapbook club to share with you today. This one has a completely different feel to it than the others. Again, I used some older photos – Eathan was only a few weeks old in these photos. My great Uncle Bud was up from New Brunsweek and we spent some time together with him, my Grandma and Uncle Jim.
-
The Sense of Time stamp set – one that I will be keeping because I’m working on a heritage album and this is a great set for that.
-
Presto Patterns Specialty DSP – on sale for 25% off (117175) – this is another thing I got a few packages of because of the heritage album – great paper to give that vintage look.
-
Cogs punch – on sale for 25% off (118873)
-
Silver Hodgepodge Hardware – on sale 40% off (111325)
Look at that photo! Jordyn looks so young and Eathan – what a sweetie!
-
Take the pattern paper with the script writing on it (from Presto Patterns) and sponge cajun craze on it. I rubbed the ink in a circular motion.
-
Stamp the clock and cogs images from Sense of time using the same ink.
-
Take a tissue and rub all over the paper. Because the script pattern is embossed, the ink doesn’t stick to it – so it still shows up in white.
-
Sponge around the edges using early espresso ink.
