Time for Cake Scrapbook Layout - Stamped Treasures

In today’s post I’m sharing a Time for Cake scrapbook layout. I’ve used the contents of the August 2024 Paper Pumpkin kit, along with a few other supplies to create this layout. I say it every month when my kit arrives, Paper Pumpkin makes creating layouts so quick & easy!

When my kit arrives each month I usually create one of each of the projects to familiarize myself with the contents of the kit. The next project I create is a scrapbook layout, which is what I’m sharing today. This year I’ve added in the challenge to use up the rest of the kit contents before the end of the month. It’s been fun!

This months kit includes all the supplies to create 3 each of 3 card designs similar to the ones shown below. I say similar because I will often make slight modifications to the cards to make them more ‘me’. Although this month I don’t think I changed much at all.

Let’s take a look at this months project…

In today’s live I created the left hand page and then, while I had all the supplies out, I created the right page. I chose to use the same basic layout because it’s quick & easy. You can catch the replay below.

Most of the consumable supplies came from the Time for Cake kit, however I did add in some dies to help to create my embellishment clusters. You can find a full supply list at the bottom of this post.

Here’s a closer look at the two pages.

I think my favourite part of this page is the the way the title overlaps. The combination of block lettering and script fonts is amazing.

The top left panel on this layout is a little pocket that could hold journaling, extra photos or maybe even scraps of paper from gift wrap. I chose to leave the centre panel at the bottom blank for now. That would be a great spot to add in extra photos or even use the number set to stamp the age that’s being celebrated.

Although the Time for Cake Paper Pumpkin kit is no longer available to order. A refill kit may be available to order, for subscribers, beginning August 21st, 2024. The refill kit will include all the consumable supplies (no stamp set or ink spot).
