This weekend I was playing with the Come Sail Away suite as I was planning my July layout of the month (LOTM) class. Initially I thought that this suite was going to be very limited to water, seaside, coastal type photos but I’m finding it much more versatile than that. It’s been a FABULOUS suite to document photos of my husband with the kids.
As I was flipping through the cards I came across the one above and thought it would make for a perfect title page! A few scraps of dsp, some of the twine and the year and it was done. Simple but it’s the perfect page to introduce our 2007 family album.
Do you do title pages for your albums?
What types of things do you include on them? Photos, memories, a recap of the year?
Do you complete it before the year happens or do you come back to it later on?
I like to use whatever I’m playing with when I work in that particular album. Sometimes I complete it before I start the album but it’s usually afterwards – like this one MANY years later lol.
If you are interested in attending the Come Sail Away layout of the month class – send me a message! I’d love for you to join us. Here are all the details…
