I’ve got a fun video to share with you today on how to make this card using the scalloped tag topper punch. This twist on a standard size card is so easy and really steps up your card. The scalloped tag topper punch is my FAVORITE punch at the moment. There are just so many uses for it – from treat holders, mini albums, tags and now this style of card!
