For day 4 of the 12 Days of Holiday Tags, Bags & Gift Packaging series I’m sharing a simple paper bag gift packaging idea. Paper bags are recyclable and inexpensive. Why not use them for gift packaging when you can?!
Paper bags can be stamped on, die cut and embossed so you can really go to town decorating them. Today’s project is quick & easy but if you wanted to make it a little more special you could easily step it up with your crafty supplies.
Because the idea behind this 12 day series is quick & easy, I decided not to stamp the paper bag but it would be a great way to add a little detail to the simple bag.
I had some small paper bags in my packaging stash and decided to decorate it as well. I used a lot of the same supplies. It would be cute for a few Lindt or Ghiradelli chocolates for coworkers.
If you check out the video below, you’ll see how I used the scalloped border die from the Scalloped Contour Dies to pretty up the top of the paper bag. It makes it feel fancier than it is:)
Have a creative day!
