Do you have a favorite month? I do! Mine is February. I call it the month of love. Because Valentine’s Day falls right smack in the middle of the month, you may as well celebrate the whole month right? I remember when my son was younger he used to call Valentine’s Day ‘love day’ and it just melted my heart. We should have more ‘love days’ don’t you think?
Anyway, the other reason I love the month of February is because it’s my birthday month! My family always jokes that I have the best time for a birthday because if falls during Super Bowl week. That doesn’t excite me but it sure does get a few others in the house excited. This year to celebrate my birthday, I’ve decided to offer a little gift – check out the end of this post for all the details.
On to today’s projects…
I’ve been playing a lot with the Sweet Soiree DSP lately and decided to create a few gift bags for some upcoming birthdays. I love the little one – it’s the perfect size to hold a little treat or gift card! It’s made from two 6″x6″ sheets of dsp and how cute is that Ready Shreddie inside the bag?! I love it!! The larger one is made from two sheets of 12″x12″ dsp. I filmed a video to share how I made them. You won’t believe how easy they are to make!
