I love creating little love notes – that’s what I call 3″ x 3″ cards. They are the perfect size for a quick project if you are short on time and just want to get a little crafting fix.
I’ve had one of our copper tins sitting on my desk for quite awhile and decided this was the week that I would do something with it. I didn’t want to create anything Christmasy and had a few scraps left over from my Snowflake Showcase scrapbook class in the mail still sitting on my desk along with the happiness surrounds stamp set and decided that’s what I would use. These cards came together so quickly and will make a great hostess gift during the holiday season. The host can use the cards and then turn around and regift the tin. It’s the perfect size to add a gift card, some chocolates or any other small little treat.
I am really loving this Snowflake Showcase collection of products. The snowfall thinlits are gorgeous – you can see a couple projects I created with those here. And this Happiness Surrounds stamp set is so pretty. You can get an amazing accent by layering a combination of stamps and die cuts but it also includes some fabulous greetings!

When I took the photos, I hadn’t actually decorated the tin, I did that live on Facebook. You can watch the replay to see what it turned out like.
Have a creative day!
