It’s hard to tell but if you look closely at the turquoise cardstock, we added some detail to it using the diagonal scoring plate. This was the perfect solution – I didn’t have any pattern paper that worked so this took care of it. We also created our own pattern paper by stamping a few images onto the pumpkin pie cardstock using the same ink. The ric rac was cut from the tasteful trim die – my favorite for scrapbooking.
On page two, again it’s hard to tell but we used the paper piercing tool and pierced holes around a large circle to add just a little extra detail to the ‘white space’ around the photos.
I am not normally a brights person – but lately most of my layouts have been done using colours from the brights colour collection. Using lots of Daffodil Delight and I despise the colour yellow. Don’t get me wrong – as far as yellow goes – Daffodil is an Ok yellow. I just don’t like the colour yellow and never have. It’s funny how that works:)
