From Card to Layout

For this weeks memory keeping Monday post I’m sharing another from card to layout project. Inspiration can come from anywhere, and for me, it often comes from seeing a card I love.

I recently saw a card similar to this online and loved the simplicity of it. After recreating my version of it, I thought it would make a great design for a layout. Here’s what I came up with.

It’s easy to see how the card inspired the layout. I think the background paper really makes the layout. It would have looked great with white but looks even better with the subtle look of the pattern paper, from the Woven Textures paper pack.

Now I just need to find some photos for it and add a title.
