A New Way to Scrapbook Together – From Anywhere!

Have you ever wished you had a little more motivation, guidance, and community when it comes to scrapbooking? Or maybe you love memory keeping but struggle to actually use the kits and supplies you already have?

This year, I’m excited to introduce a new bi-monthly virtual scrapbook class designed to help you create consistently, use what you have, and actually finish your projects—all from the comfort of your own creative space.

Whether you’re brand new to memory keeping or have been scrapbooking for years, this class is meant to meet you where you are. And best of all? Location doesn’t matter.

How the Bi-Monthly Virtual Scrapbook Class Works

Every other month, we’ll focus on one Stampin’ Up! Workshop Kit and truly make the most of it.

For example, April’s kit will be the Exploring Nature Scrapbooking Workshop Kit (166934).

We’ll meet on Zoom three Mondays (April 13, 20 and 27th) each month at 6:00 pm MT, with each session running approximately 60–90 minutes.

I’ll be creating right along with you! For the first two classes we’ll closely follow the layouts in the guide making small changes to step them up a bit. The third class will focus on using up the remaining contents of the kit and combining products from your stash.

Here’s what each class will look like:

Class 1: Prep + Create Together

• Walk through cutting and organizing all the kit pieces

• Talk about photo choices and layout flexibility

• Complete one of the 2-page layouts together.

Class 2: Finish the Kit Layouts

• Complete the remaining two layouts from the kit

• Adjust designs to work with your photos and stories

• Share tips and tricks to personalize your pages

Class 3: Kill the Kit

For the final class, I’ll send you a short supply list ahead of time—items you likely already have in your stash, such as:

• Extra coordinating card stock

• Ribbon or embellishments

• Possibly a stamp or die set

• The goal for this class is to use up the remaining supplies from the kit to create additional layouts or projects—we want to avoid adding more to your stash.

• If we haven’t killed the kit after this third class, I will send you photos of what I’ve created with the remaining pieces within a week of this final class.

Additional supplies. At this time I’m not sure what additional supplies I’ll be using but a alphabet set (stamps and/or dies) will definitely be used. I will also go through my stash to find scraps of ribbon, twine and embellishments that coordinate. These are perfect for stepping up your projects.
