Today I’m sharing a Dainty Designs congratulations card with you but it could really be used for any occasion. The Dainty Designs DSP is one of the paper packs that you can choose for free with a minimum purchase of $60. It’s absolutely stunning. Especially this one piece that has these oval shaped floral wreaths.
There is a bundle on page 55 of the January to April mini that coordinates with this dsp. It’s called the Dainty Delight bundle. It’s beautiful. However, I chose to use the Meadow Dies from the annual catalogue to pretty up the wreath and add a bit of dimension.
You really don’t need to do much to this dsp to make a beautiful card. However, I wanted to give it a bit more dimension so I combined it with a bit of fine shimmer cut with the Penned Flowers Dies also from the annual catalogue, a bit of linen thread for some texture and a greeting.
Measurements:
- Pear Pizzazz: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ scored at 4-1/4″
- Old Olive: 3-3/4″ x 5″ and 3″ x 4″
- Dainty Flowers DSP: 3-5/8″ x 4-7/8″
- Basic White: 4″ x 5-1/4″ (inside) and 1/2″ x 3″
- Crushed Curry: 3″ x 4″
- Vellum: 3″ x 4″
- Fine Glimmer (Gold): 1″ x 4″
- Linen Thread
- Enamel Dots: x3
I made lots of these and sent them to my team for their accomplishments in December. These are also the welcome cards I’m sending new team members this month. I just love this design so much. It really highlights the beautiful paper.
