Today I’m sharing some Cottage Rose inspiration with you. I recently held my first local 1-day crop at a venue here in Sherwood Park and decided to use the products from the Abigail Rose suite for the make & takes, goodie bags and pillow gifts. Everything turned out so beautiful.
Everyone who attended received a few little goodies from me including these sweet bags that had some Bath & Body Works product inside. I used some long retired bags that I still had on hand. All the stamped images are from the Cottage Rose stamp set.
I also made these fun create signs for everyone. We’ve had these scraps of wood in our garage for about 4 or 5 years. Every year my husband asked when I was going to use them. This was the year lol.
The word create was painted on using paint and a stencil that I made with my Silhouette. And then I prettied it up with some of the natural ribbon, some dsp and a stamped flower.
I don’t know if this was my favourite project or if the make & takes were my favourite.
All crop attendees received a goodie bag with the supplies to create a gift box and 3 cards, with lots extra to keep creating with. This photo is of the box they created. If you’d like to make it and the three coordinating note cards, you can find them all in the Cottage Rose Box & Notecard tutorial.
