Botanical Gardens by Stampin’ Up!

Do you ever scrapbook photos of yourself? I’m so bad at including photos of me into our albums. I realize that I’m part of the story and that I need to be included otherwise my kids and their kids will go through the albums and wonder why mom/grandma was never in the photos. So I’ve made it a goal of mine to be in more photos and to include those photos in our albums. So here’s the first layout of me for 2016 (although the photo is from Sept.).

I used the Botanical Gardens suite that’s in the Occasions catalogue and the It’s My Party dsp (still plugging away at using up that 1/4 pkg of dsp). I love the soft colors of this layout.

My photo is actually mounted on the front of one of our Sketched Dots Tag a Bag Gift bags and I included another photo inside the bag. I love how it turned out!

I absolutely love the Botanical Gardens framelits – the flowers and the leaves in this set are very tropical and by far my favorite framelits that SU! has ever released!
