Welcome to January’s Alaska Achievers Blog Hop where demonstrators
around the
world, who earned the Alaska incentive trip will share fun projects
using current Stampin’ Up! products. My name is Sherry Roth, from Canada
and I am happy to share with you a few projects I’ve created using the
Sweet Soiree Suite of products that you can find in the Occasions catalogue.
For someone who is not a fan of pink, purple or flowers I have ended up using this suite of products way more than I ever thought I would! It’s funny how things work like that sometimes. This occasions catalogue has really stretched me creatively and I love it!
The first project I’m sharing with you today is one of our mini silver gable boxes that I’ve decorated using the Sweet Soiree dsp and the coordinating Cake Soiree bundle. Wouldn’t this make the cutest wedding favor?
The second project is a simple fancy fold card using the same products. Such a pretty suite of products. Check out the detail on the cake plate! So gorgeous.
This fold is a simple one and a go to for me when I’m looking for something just a little different. It’s just a 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ piece of cardstock folded in half at 4-1/4″ and then the front panel is folded in half (at 2-1/8″) but backwards. If you were to look at the card from the side it would be a mountain and then valley fold.
And the last project I’m sharing with you today is a layout from my wedding album. I love to fussy cut, I find it relaxing. I took one of the floral papers from the Sweet Soiree specialty paper pack and ended up cutting up the whole page… all the flowers and leaves! I’ve used lots of them on several different layouts but most are on this one. I love how it came together.
Thanks for joining me today on the blog hop! There are many more stops
full of inspiration, be sure to check them out. You are currently
visiting Sherry Roth at Stamped Treasures.
Have a creative day!
