Today I’m sharing a fun Water Lover layout using Stampin’ Up!’s Whale Done stamp set and the coordinating Whale of a Time dsp.
This dsp is so amazing. I mean look at these patterns! On one side you’ll find fun, colourful, beautiful under water designs. And on the other more subtle patterns. They mix and match so well.
On the layout I’m sharing today I’ve mixed one of the brighter, more colourful patterns with one that is a bit more subtle and I love how it turned out!
I used the coordinating Whale Done stamp set to create a little cluster in the lower left corner. The turtles were fussy cut from the patterned paper.
I filmed a process video for this layout. I’m getting a bit better at editing them. I still have a ways to go but each time I do it I figure out something new.
When I filmed this flip through of my recent layouts, I realized that I’ve really been neglecting my stamps when I scrapbook. So I’ve challenged myself to use them more and thought it would be fun to offer a Scrapbooking with Stamps class.
Stamps really do provide so much versatility and I think are neglected by a lot of scrapbookers. It’s time to change that:) I’d love to have you join me in class!
Scrapbooking with Stamps

Do you have loads of stamps but don’t go to them when you scrapbook?
Maybe you just need a bit of inspiration or a reminder of ways that you can incorporate your stamps onto your layouts?
Stamps can provide us with so much versatility for our layouts. They are a fabulous resource and one we are going to dive into in the Scrapbooking with Stamps month long class.
