Today I’m sharing a couple 6″ x 12″ scrapbook layouts. I had a few extra photos of a road trip that I wanted to include in our family album but didn’t want to dedicate another 2-page spread to them. The solution was a couple of 6″ x 12″ layouts that will fit nicely, back to back, between the 2-page spread I’ve already created.
For each of these layouts I have two 2″ x 2″ photos and a 3-3/4″ x 3-3/4″ photo. My plan was to have them coordinate with the facing page.
This layout will sit on the right. The left hand page had the same border on it with a large title cut from the patterned paper. So I included both of those elements and the same focal point to tie the two pages together.
The right page, which will face this one, had a free hand border drawn around it so I repeated the sketchy lines around my photos. I love how the layouts came together.
If you haven’t yet tried a 6″ x 12″ layout, I encourage you to give it a try. They are the perfect solution if you have just a few extra photos.
Until next time,
