Isn’t this plaid paper incredible?! I love this pattern so much!! As soon as I saw it, I knew it would be perfect for masculine cards. I’m normally not one to like yellow but the delightful dijon, basic black and basic grey color combination is lovely.
The card itself is very simple but has so much texture and depth with the embossed cardstock and the patterned paper. There are several others in this 6×6 paper stack that would make great cards for the men in your life – it’s not just for the holidays!
Any of the plaid designs, the crumb cake with stars, the dijon patterns – so many patterns to play with!! And if you look closely at the card, check out the embossing done with our new Dynamic Cable Knit folder! Here’s a quick video that shares how it’s different from our other folders.
Hopefully we see more of this type of folder in the future!
Since I had already cut into the patterned paper and had all the supplies out, I decided to make another one.
And the scraps of patterned paper were used to dress up the inside a little bit.
Have a creative weekend!
