Good morning! I have some team meeting card guts to share with you over the next couple days. For those of you wondering what card guts are – at our team meetings each month I give all attendees a package that includes the same supplies and challenge them to create a project using the supplies (usually cardstock and dsp) and bring it back to share the following month. They can add any stamps and embellishments they want. It’s so fun to see what everyone comes back with. Everyone starts with the same basic supplies but we end up with so many different projects!
So this first one was created by Christiane Kowch. One of the things I included in their kits last month was a piece of sticker strips that I had left over from the goody gear treat bags that were in the holiday catalogue. I love all the different ways that everyone incorporated them into their project. On Christiane’s card, she added narrow strips in between the stripes created by the embossing folder!
This super cute Minion card was created by Gloria Cooke. She used the sticker strips to create borders at the top but then also for the Minions overalls! And check out those letters – they were cut free hand! Incredible!
This next one, I think, was created by Danny Gruner. I hope I have the right person! She used the sticker strips as a border as well and then punched out a butterfly from them! So cute.
The last card that I have for you today was created by Patty Lovallo – so beautiful. I love how she used the strips in a couple different widths. And check out the cutting details on the flower! Lovely!
I will be back with more of these beauties for you on Monday. But be sure to stop in tomorrow for Scrapbook Saturday!
Have a creative day!
Sherry
