The other day I pulled out a few things to start planning a class. One of them was the Cupcakes & Carousels paper stack. I loved this paper from the moment I saw it but I love it even more after playing with it. The patterns, colors and distressed look of it is incredible. The patterns can be used for so many different occasions. I had so much fun playing with this paper, I thought I’d share a couple of the projects that didn’t make the cut for the upcoming class. I still love them, just not as much as the other ones, which I’ll share on another day!
The first card showcases several different patterns from the paper pack, the Lift Me Up stamp set and the Stitched Shapes framelits (#145372), which are back in stock and available to order! The color combination of the paper stack, which is 6×6, is: Bermuda Bay, Calypso Coral, Early Espresso, Peekaboo Peach, So Saffron and Very Vanilla. So pretty!
This next one was inspired by one similar that I saw on Pinterest. I changed up the greeting and added in a couple pieces from the Cupcakes & Carousels Embellishment Kit – which is where that beautiful calypso coral ombre ribbon is from.
If you haven’t had a close look at the Cupcakes & Carousels Suite on pages 8 and 9, I encourage you to take a closer look. The paper stack and embellishments are incredible. I have an upcoming class dedicated to those two products that I’m sure you’ll love.
Have a creative day!
