Twice a year my upline and I hold an event we call Stamp Cafe. It’s a fun all day event where you get to attend two classes, watch demonstrations, enjoy delicious food, be in the company of others who share the same love of stamping, win prizes and be inspired! Our event was on Saturday and it was so much fun! I thought I’d share with you some of the details this week.
Our friend Donna Wizniuk was kind enough to join us for a Brusho demonstration. For the morning session, everyone got an up close look at lots of different ways to use Brusho. And then in the afternoon, everyone had the opportunity to play with it!
This next photo just screams art class doesn’t it? Doesn’t it look like fun?
I really wanted to jump in and give it a try, it looked like so much fun. But just didn’t have enough time. I’ll have to play around on my own.
We always have a gift for attending – this time it was a package of the Picture Perfect DSP. But we can’t just hand out a package of dsp, we have to make it pretty!
We also do prize patrol. It’s always product packaged pretty. This photo didn’t turn out very well but it’s our mini treat boxes with some of the self adhesive sequins in it. It turned out so cute!
Then we had some of the silver edged berry burst ribbon, silver bakers twine and petal passion embellishments all packaged in a pretty gable box.
And this prize was the True Gentleman Corduroy Ribbon and a few True Gentleman buttons packaged in an empty embellishment container.
And the last one that I have a photo of is a spool of the Sale-a-Bration ribbon. There was one more that I forgot to take a photo of.
We definitely have a great time at these events and love to do them. The next will be either late September or early October.
Be sure to stop by on Wednesday for a look at the projects we created in the classes.
Have a creative day!
Sherry
