Scrapbooking Global – July 2025 Blog Hop

Welcome to the Scrapbooking Global July 2025 blog hop. Thank you so much for joining us. This month our theme is travel. We just recently came home from a family trip so I have lots of travel themed photos to scrapbook!

Let’s take a look…

I chose to use the Make a Memory scrapbook kit for this months layout for two reasons. 1 – it was on my desk and 2 – it’s just so versatile! I’ve already used this kit to create a 2-page spread from our trip, you can find it here. But I’ve also used it to document some photos from previous trips as well. Those are available in my Make a Memory Scrapbook kit tutorial.

The only items that aren’t included in the kit are the following:

• 12×12 Basic Beige two-tone card stock
• White Twine
• The alphabet set I used & memento ink

There are a couple sheets of pattern paper in this kit that are meant to be cut into strips. I used three of those below my photo. These could easily be replaced with strips of any pattern paper.

This kit includes several 4×6 cards. If you don’t do pocket scrapbooking, these come in handy for layering. I used 3 of them on this layout – the green ombre, the basic beige ombre and the multi-c0lour heart patterns are all 4×6 cards. Layering them is a great way to highlight a photo.
