Good morning! I hope you are having a great day – man has it gotten cold here. I don’t mind winter but always forget just how cold, cold is! Once it’s been like this a few days it doesn’t feel so bad.
Anyway on to today’s project – this was one of the projects we made at my uplines Diva Day a few weeks ago. It’s actually a chocolate bar cover. So cute I’m going to make a few for a craft sale I’m participating in at the beginning of December. Whatever is left will be Jordyn’s teachers gifts. We always like to give a little something to her teachers but in because she’s in junior high – there are a lot of them so I’ve always got my eyes open for easy ideas.
The project is super easy – simply measure your candy bar and cut real red cardstock to wrap around and stick it together with sticky strip. The white is just torn and then a 2″ black band. The buckle was cut using the Deco Labels Framelits (which are on sale until Dec. 2nd.) and the word window punch. The Ho to the 3rd came from A Banner Christmas stamp set. I think Jordyn’s math teacher will really appreciate this gift;)
Thanks for stopping by!
