Description
What happens when a vintage school textbook gets a second chance? It becomes the cover of a beautiful accordion fold journal—ready to hold photographs, memories, ephemera, scraps and stories.
In this tutorial I’ll share how to transform a vintage textbook cover into an accordion fold journal/mini album. This is a fun project for anyone who loves upcycling, vintage papers, junk journaling, scrapbooking, or simply finding creative ways to use what you already have.
See a flip through of the journal here.
And the best part? You don’t need to make yours like mine! Once you learn how to create the base, you can fill and decorate your journal in whatever style inspires you.
The tutorial includes: photos, and videos showing you how to assemble the album base and decorate the pages with tips on creating little collages throughout.
If you are looking for vintage book covers, book pages or ephemera kits, check my Etsy store.
Once the tutorial has been paid for it is immediately available to download.

Until next time,
Sherry
