Pendant Notes

Today I have a quick card – actually 15 cards – that I made up yesterday. This uses the Pendant Notes (116449). These really do all the work for you – they are beautiful on their own but you can easily add a touch of flare by placing a piece of dsp on the inside and inserting a brad. I made 15 of these in less than 1/2 hour. These are part of my downline incentives for October sales and my workshop hostess thank you’s for November workshops and online order thank you’s for December. It’s nice to take care of three things on my to do list all at once:)

1. Pop out the pieces from the Pendant Note card (116449).
2. Cut a 3-3/4″ x 3-3/4″ piece of dsp – Bella Blue (113974) used here.
3. Punch a 1/2″ circle (104390) from Not Quite Navy cardstock (101722).
4. Cover the centre circle with the 1/2″ punched circle.
5. Using paper piercing tool (116631), poke a hole in the centre and insert a 5/16″ vanilla brad (112534 – on sale right now!).
6. Attach dsp to the inside front of card, centering it.
7. Wrap it with chocolate taffeta ribbon (109065) and tie a knot.
8. Stamp greeting in chocolate chip ink (100908). I used both the Thank You and the For You in the Fresh Cuts stamp set (111634).
