Good morning! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend. Ours was great! Eathan was in provincials for ball hockey and they ended up winning gold! So proud of them. They started the tournament with 3 losses but didn’t give up – they won the games that mattered. We also had the opportunity to spend some time with my in-laws and my parents. All in all it was a great weekend!
Today’s project is one that we did at stamp club this month. I love that Stampin’ Up! has started carrying paper stacks – packs of paper that are 4-1/2″x6-1/2″. These little gems are perfect for cards or these little gift card holders.
I started by cutting down the dsp to 4-1/4″x6-1/4″. Then scored at 1/4″ and 3-1/4″ from one of the short sides. Then all you do is fold along the score lines, add a bit of adhesive down the side and bottom and you’ve got your pouch. I decorated it with the coordinating inks and the Work of Art stamp set – love this set! The tag measures 2-3/4″x4-1/4″ and holds a gift card nicely. You could whip lots of these up in no time!
