I hope your having a great weekend. Ours has been full with a volleyball tournament and Stampin’ Up! regionals yesterday – so much fun but I’ll share more on that another day.
I was looking through my photos and realized that I didn’t share these cute little lunch box notes that I sent with the kids on the first day of school. The one above was Eathan’s. I used a scrap of dsp from an old simply scrappin’ kit to add a bit of colour to a vanilla 3×3 card. The 1-3/4″ circle was embossed using the houndstooth impressions folder and the timeless type alphabet set. This is a great size card to tuck into a lunch box when you want to send some encouraging words or just tell your kids you love them.
Jordyn’s note uses images from the Best Friends Forever stamp set. The hearts were stamped in Cherry Cobbler and cut out. Then I added a cherry cobbler button with a bit of linen thread. Jordyn still has hers sitting on her desk.
Thanks for stopping by today! Once I have my pictures downloaded from regionals, I’ll share a few with you.
Have a wonderful Sunday!
Sherry
