There’s an area in my studio that I have to decorate for different occasions/seasons and it felt like it needed a banner. So today’s project is a love themed banner for Valentine’s Day.
The banner was really hard to photograph. The photos don’t do it justice! It’s so pretty in person. Here’s a closer look at part of it.
I used real red and flirty flamingo Stampin’ Blends to give the letters an ombre effect – they turned out so nice. The base of the banner pieces is the tag die from the Bonanza dies from the Mini catalogue.
Here’s a look at the overall display. I don’t do a lot for Valentine’s Day but every year something gets added to my collection of things that gets pulled out. The banner is this years addition.
