In today’s video I’m going to share how I used the Detailed Heart Die as a stencil. When I first saw the detailed heart die in the mini catalogue I fell in love. I immediately thought it would make a great accent behind a photo, a great background on a page and a fabulous stencil.
But then I received it and cut it out for the first time. I’m not sure what I was expecting but I knew immediately it wasn’t going to work as a stencil as is. I quickly realized that I could make one slight alteration so that it could be used as I had envisioned. Check out the video to see what that small adjustment is.
I have gotten so much use out of this die. You’ll find another sample here . I have yet to use it on a scrapbook page but definitely plan to, in a couple different ways.
