In today’s post I’m sharing some Love & Courage card ideas. The Love & Courage Stamp Set is made for those affected by breast cancer, however, not limited to them. It is for moments when words matter most, these stamps help you create cards that honour both the fighters and the friends who stand by them. These cards express love, support, encouragement, solidarity, gratitude, and appreciation in a meaningful way with the breast cancer sentiments and images in this stamp set.
With each purchase of the Love & Courage Stamp Set, Stampin’ Up!® will donate $4 to support the fight against breast cancer around the world.
Although the set was designed to those affected by breast cancer, by simply changing out the colour, you can send them to anyone who’s been affected by cancer. And I’ll even share a card that can be used for any occasion!

PIN IT

The sunflower 3D embossing folder is the perfect partner to this stamp set. The beautiful detailed sunflower background serves to highlight the sunflower image in the set. I chose to make that pattern pop just a bit by running my flirty flamingo ink pad lightly over the raised image.

Measurements:

  • Thick Basic White: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ scored at 4-1/4″
  • Flirty Flamingo: 4″ x 5-1/4″ embossed with Sunflower embossing folder
  • Basic White: 3-1/2″ x 3-1/2″ – cut with largest Stylish Shapes dies
  • Woven Ribbon: 5″
  • Flirty Flamingo Twine: 8″
  • Starburst Sequins: x3

Hope Card

For this second card I stepped up the pattern paper by stamping the word hope on it using pretty in pink ink. This is a great way to customize a piece of pattern paper.

Measurements:

  • Pretty in Pink: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ scored at 4-1/4″
  • Basic White: 4″ x 5-1/4″ (inside); 3-5/8″ x 4-7/8″ ; 3″ x 4″ for die cutting
  • Unbounded Beauty DSP: 3-1/2″ x 4-3/4″
  • Pretty in Pink Ribbon: 6″
  • Starburst Sequins: x2

  • Crushed Curry: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ scored at 4-1/4″
  • Basic White: 4″ x 5-1/4″ (inside); 3-3/4″ x 5″ embossed; 2″ x 6″ & scrap
  • Basic Black: 3-7/8″ x 5-1/8″
  • Gingham Ribbon: 5″
  • White Twine: 8″
  • Starburst Sequins: x3
