Honeybee Home Happy News Card - Stamped Treasures

Happy new catalogue launch day! Today I’m sharing this Honeybee Home happy news card with you. It was a card I created for a recent swap.

Now on to the details of todays card…

I chose to use one of the 2 beautiful bundles from the Heart & Home mega suite (pages 58 – 61 of JJ catalogue) – the Honeybee Home bundle. This is such a great bundle and when you combine it with the new Hive 3D embossing folder it makes it even sweeter!

It’s hard to tell from the photo but the layer on the white card base is actually a piece of vellum. The card felt like it needed just a little extra. DSP was too much. I didn’t want to add another colour because I wanted to keep the card light and airy. And I didn’t think a second embossed layer would work either. Vellum just seemed like the perfect solution.
