Good morning! I’ve been slowly working through some layouts in my kids school albums, trying to get those caught up. I’d love to have Jordyn’s done so that I can give it to her for graduation next year. Such a great keepsake of all their school memories.
Today’s layout is of Eathan’s grade 2 photo – that smile cracks me up – he’s now in grade 7 so you can see how far behind I am. To save time, I’ve started duplicating the layouts for each album. The colors may change based on the photo but the general layout remains the same.
It’s hard to tell but if you look closely at the number twos on the background, I paper pierced around them. I also stamped the little lined paper stamp from Tap Tap Tap on the white under the cherry cobbler 2. I love that little image!
Tip: Because these are photopolymer stamps, you can add several stamps to a block and stamp once. I think I fit numbers 1 to 5 on one block and just stamped those ones first and then went in and added the 6 to 9. It saved a lot of time and made lining everything up a snap!
Have a creative day!
