Fresh Colour Inspiration: Mixing the New In Colors with Your Current Collection

There’s something so exciting about a brand new set of Stampin’ Up! In Colors—and this year’s lineup is no exception! These five fresh shades were designed to feel current, versatile, and easy to mix, which means you don’t need to start from scratch to use them. One of my favourite ways to get comfortable with new colours is to blend them into familiar palettes. Instead of using all five In Colors together, try choosing one new In Color and pairing it with two or three coordinating core colours. This approach keeps things cohesive, helps you stretch your supplies, and gives each new colour a chance to really shine.

All month long, I’ll be sharing a new colour combination each week here on my blog, each one featuring one of the new In Colors mixed with some tried-and-true favourites. Think soft and subtle, bold and bright, or earthy and vintage—there’s so much versatility in this collection! These combinations are perfect for cards, scrapbook layouts, and even junk journals, especially if you love creating layered, coordinated projects.

Crisp Cantaloupe

We are kicking things off with Crisp Cantaloupe. This fresh peachy colour is perfect for your spring & summer projects. I’ve combined it with Secret Sea and Basic Beige and I’ve got to admit I LOVE these three colours together! I will definitely be using this colour combo again.

• Thick Basic White: 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ scored at 4-1/4″
• Secret Sea: 3-7/8″ x 5-1/8″ and 3″ x 3″
• Crisp Cantaloupe: 3-3/4″ x 5″
• Basic Beige: 3″ x 3″
• Basic White: scraps for stamping
