I have an Eden’s Garden scrapbook layout to share with you today. I was so excited when this collection was released because two of my daughters wedding colours are similar to Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen. So I knew this collection would be great for documenting some of their wedding/engagement photos.
I’m usually not a fan of really detailed dies but there’s something about this collection that drew me in and I knew I had to have it. I’m so glad that I did because the dies are not as fussy as I expected them to be and they create such beautiful projects.
If you missed the other projects I’ve shared using this collection you can find them at the links below:
Back to today’s project…
My daughter and her fiancé had their engagement photos done and they turned out AMAZING! I’m just going to warn you… you will be seeing lots of layouts featuring these photos over the next few months I’m sure.
Their wedding photographer (Becca Schultz) offers what she calls an adventure shoot as part of her wedding package. It worked out for her and the Jordans to meet in Canmore for their adventure shoot. I don’t think the photos could have turned out any better. They are just perfect. She managed to snap so many photos that reflect who they are and their love for each other. It makes this scrapbooking mama so happy.
When I saw the Eden dies I immediately thought this larger leafy frame would make a great photo frame. That was the inspiration for this layout. The background was created using the packaging technique and then everything else was just bits and pieces that were left on my desk from previous projects. The evening evergreen leaves are from one of the frames that I cut from cotton paper and then cut apart. There are some stamped leaves that I fussy cut and then some gold shimmer vellum leaves.
If you love this collection of products I suggest picking it up sooner than later. The Ever Eden dsp; the Ever Eden cotton paper and the Garden Gems are only available while supplies last.
Before I sign off, just a reminder that there are only a couple days left to register for the Eden’s Garden class to go. You can find all the details here.
Have a creative day!
