Today I’m sharing a Daisy Garden card with a fun background. Welcome to the 2nd of 5 posts sharing projects created using Stampin’ Up!’s Daisy Garden background stamp. You can find yesterdays project here.
The background was created using one of my current favourite techniques – the background technique. Check out the video below to see how it’s done if you aren’t familiar with it. It’s simple but creates such an ‘artsy’ look.
Measurements:
- Thick Basic White: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ and 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ (cut down to 3-1/2″ x 4-3/4″ afterwards)
- Basic White: scrap for greeting
- 2021-2021 In Colour DSP: 1″ x 6″
- Evening Evergreen Chevron Weave Ribbon: 12″
- Genial Gems: x3
