Creating a Rainbow Effect with the Irresistibly Yours DSP

Have you noticed the Irresistibly Yours DSP in the Sale-a-Bration catalogue?  It has quickly become my favorite SAB item!  You can find it on page 14 but the picture doesn’t do it justice.  This paper is AMAZING!  Each sheet has an embossed pattern which is perfect for adding color – any color – and it can be added in so many different ways.  Over the next few days I’m going to share a few of the projects I’ve made using this paper.

So today’s project shows a rainbow effect.  I used the striped pattern and some finger daubers and dabbed the ink onto two lines then switched colors and did the next two lines.  Once all the ink was added, I used a tissue to rub any excess ink off the embossed patterns leaving colorful background.  So fun!
