I don’t know about you, but I am a list maker and note taker. I have lists for everything. Over the past year, I’ve really come to love planners and how they help me stay on top of
everything and keep me organized. Having a spot dedicated to a topic, theme or business, has helped eliminate all the loose papers, with lists or notes, scattered all over my desk. I now have a planner or journal for everything. With the upcoming holiday season, I thought it was time to create a planner dedicated to Christmas – a place to store all my thoughts, lists and to dos related to Christmas.
I started with an old 5″x8″ Martha Steward binder that I had on hand that still had dividers and note paper in it.
I really wanted it to feel festive so I pulled out some holiday themed paper (Home for Christmas from Stampin’ Up!) that I had on hand and covered the dividers. Look how cute they turned out!
I used my label maker to add the info to each tab (planner, cards, gifts, projects and entertainment). I filmed a video that shows you how I’m using each of the sections. If you are reading this in a reader, you will have to visit my blog to watch it, otherwise, you can find it below.
I’m sure this little book will help me stay on top of this busy season and will just get more use year after year as I fine tune it.
I hope I’ve inspired you to create your own Christmas/Holiday planner! Have a creative day!
Sherry
