Good morning! I hope you had a wonderful long weekend. Ours was very full. As mentioned a few days ago, Jordyn and I went down to Calgary for a beach volleyball tournament. We skipped out on the last game to head to Sylvan Lake so that I could drop her off for a volleyball camp and then I headed home. Yesterday, Marcel, Eathan and I spent the bulk of the day in furniture shops. Now that we’ve lived in our house for a year, we are ready to make some changes, furniture wise, something a little more practical for us.
Anyway, on to today’s project… it was the third card in the Fancy Folds class last week. I’m not sure what this fold is called but it was inspired by Lorna Raczynski’s make & take from one of our recent team meetings. I switched it up and used the Choose Happiness stamp set. I’m happy with the way it turned out.
It’s actually a very easy fold – start with a 4-1/4″x11″ piece of cardstock and score it at 5-1/2″. Then using the diagonal score plate (or the scoring blade on your paper cutter), score it diagonally from the bottom left corner of the card front to the top right corner of the card front. Then just decorate as desired.
Thanks for stopping by today!
Sherry
I love it! Definitely going to give this fancy fold a try!
