I’m happy to say that I can now get back to my regular schedule! We are home, recovered from jet lag, caught up and my new catalogue launch is over. I now feel like I can breathe and look forward to a busy but normal schedule for the rest of June.
I am so excited about this catalogue, I have so much to share! First of all I wanted to thank everyone who attended – it was so much fun. I met a few new people, saw some friends I haven’t seen in awhile and had a wonderful time catching up. I did have a few people asking for recipes so I’m going to start with those:)
- 1 can of frozen lemonade
- 1 can of cold water
- 1 TBSP of Epicure Summer Berry dip mix
- 1 TBSP of Epicure Lemon Chiffon dip mix (this is no longer available but you may be able to substitute lemon juice or zest of lemon to get that bit of tartness)
- 2L bottle of gingerale
This is my go to punch recipe, I always get a ton of comments and requests for the recipe. I am on my last jar of my lemon chiffon so I think I’m going to have to reduce it to 1 tsp from now on to make it last a little longer:)
Another go to no fail recipe that is always a hit is this chewy coconut cookie recipe. I’ve got it pinned on my recipe board on Pinterest but you can also find it here.
Ready to see the make and takes from Saturday?
This was the first one, CASEd from Becky Roberts. I made a couple changes, this one is on a notecard, instead of a full card, and I omitted the background dots that she had on hers. This Swirly Bird set (p. 152 #141749) is the most adorable set and so incredibly versatile. I’m sure you’ll be seeing lots of projects made with this gem in the next few weeks/months.
This little 3×3 card uses the stamp set Touches of Texture (p. 141 WM 141934 / CM 143251) which is one of my top ten favorites. I love sets that have a grungy look to them. There are so many images in this set that can be used to add texture to projects and check out the adorable bee and dragonfly! Another item on my top ten list that is shown on this card is the Thoughtful Banners bundle – this is a great set with lots of greetings and a cute banner punch that coordinates.
So now on to my Top 10 from the 2016-2017 Annual Catalogue. These are not in any particular order.
