Have you been getting the Mojo Monday sketches this past week? They are celebrating their 100 week and have had a sketch every day. When I saw Mary’s sketch, I immediately thought it would make a great scrapbook layout. I had a bit of time tonight so here’s what I came up with.
To create Minis ears I just used my 1-3/8″ and 1″ circle punches and the bow is from the stamp set Just Jawing. I stamped it in red onto white cardstock and used my white gel pen to give it some polka dots. I love how it ties in with the photo. The dsp is from a fabulous new paper pack that will be available in the holiday mini – Night & Day.
Sketches are so much fun and are really helpful if you have a creative block. I love using them – especially for scrapbooking. Thanks for stopping by!
