We received this flyer in the mail a few days ago and normally I would just toss it into the recycle bin. However, I was really drawn to the artwork on the wall and thought I could get a similar look onto a card.
I was asked to design some wedding invites in Eggplant and Basic Gray right around the same time so had these colors sitting out. I used one of my favourite Summer Mini sets – Elements of Style – also one of the sets in the May promotion. I embossed the image with white embossing powder then used my 1-1/4″ square punch to create blocks. I love how it turned out – what do you think?!
